1-2-1 TRAINING SESSIONS (IN-PERSON*)
Purchasing one of my monthly plans is the most cost-effective and consistent way to train with me. And since some months are longer than others, at times, your monthly plan will even include bonus sessions (depending on your scheduled training days)! All sessions take place in person for 60 minutes, and all sessions must be used within a month of the first session.
PRICING:
Single Sessions: £80
Pure Plan (block of 4): £260 per month (£65 per session)
Bold Plan (block of 8): £480 per month (£60 per session)
Liberty Plan (block of 12): £660 per month (£55 per session)
Liberty Plan PLUS (block of 16): £800 per month (£50 per session)

GROUP SPRINT SESSIONS (IN-PERSON*)
Whether you’re training for the next European masters championship or enjoy sprinting as part of your fitness routine, you can join us for fun, motivating, but professional sprint sessions. This is an intimate adult sprint group for individuals aged 18 and over. All sessions are 2 hours long, include track, plyometrics, and conditioning work, and any block of sessions purchased must be used within a month of the first session.
SESSION TIMES:
Fridays (1 pm to 3 pm)
Saturdays (10 am to 12 pm)
PRICING:
1 Session: £100
4 Sessions: £320
8 Sessions: £560

If you’re confident enough to train on your own but need something structured and progressive, this is your solution.
WHAT YOU GET
2-3 programmed sessions a week (with video demonstrations, written instructions, and progress tracking), unlimited private chat messaging with me, and 1 x 40-minute video call monthly.
4-6 programmed sessions a week (with video demonstrations, written instructions, and progress tracking), unlimited private chat messaging with me, and 1 x 40-minute video call monthly.
Once paid, both options also come with an initial 20-minute onboarding consultation.

PE SESSIONS & SPEED WORKSHOPS
Whether you’re a school, sports club, corporate group, or simply a group of friends; and whether you’re looking for something fun, inspirational or educational (or all the above!), I’ve got you covered.
These sessions can be delivered at New River Sport & Fitness in North London (N22), remotely at your location of choice, or even online!
Sessions are priced on request & can be tailored to your specific needs.
*FYI
I provide in-person sessions at New River Leisure Centre in North London (N22 5QW). You will need to pay for access to the centre in order to train with me, paid separately/directly to the centre on a pay-as-you-go (£5) or monthly basis (£34.70).
MEET YOUR COACH
As an international sprinter, I naturally specialise in speed & strength training — which is also great for helping you stay in shape! A history of numerous injuries has also gained me valuable insight into strength & conditioning, as well as key prehab, rehab and recovery tips and tricks.
I have the edge of being able to physically demonstrate key skills, as well as to impart key lessons I've learned about track & field, sprinting and mental toughness in sport & fitness.
My training style is versatile & eclectic drawing from athletics, gymnastics, team sports, weightlifting, and gym based fitness — I call it “fitletics”.
