Summer Steps Challenge 2025!

Starting June 30th, we're hosting our first Summer Steps Challenge (with prizes) 🏆😎

What is it?

This is an 8-week challenge that aims to get more people walking. Aim for a minimum of 10,000 steps a day; however, the more steps you do, the more likely you are to win! 🚶‍♂️

What are the prizes?

  • 1 x FREE consultation

  • 1 x FREE personalised fitness profile

  • 1 x FREE personal training session (either online or in person).

When is it?

This challenge runs from 30th June 2025 to the 24th of August 2025.

You can join at any time.

How do you take part?

1) Register HERE for the link to our WhatsApp community and challenge leaderboard.

2) Join our WhatsApp community and StepsApp leaderboard, and begin walking (don't forget to track your steps).

3) Each week, the top 3 "Walkers of the Week" will be announced and allocated points (1st place = 5 points, 2nd place = 3 points, 3rd place = 1 point)...

…But there's a catch!

You only receive the points if your total weekly steps are over 50,000 😏.

4) At the end of the challenge, the person with the most points wins and will be announced Summer Steps Champion 2025! 👑 

It's that simple!

How much does it cost?

The truth is, people tend to invest where they invest...

For that reason, we've added a small administration fee of £15.99... that's just £2 a week!
