Summer Steps Challenge

What is it?

This is a fun 8-week challenge (with prizes) designed to encourage you to walk more!

Throughout the 8 weeks, you’ll participate in β€œmini challenges” alongside the main challenge, which keeps things spicy within the community!

When does it start?

The challenge begins on Monday, 22nd June 2026 and runs for 8 weeks (ending on Sunday, 16th August 2026).

How do you take part?

1) Register HERE to receive the private links to our WhatsApp community and StepsApp leaderboard.

2) Join our WhatsApp community and StepsApp leaderboard, and begin walking (a smartphone will do, but for more accuracy, we recommend using a smartwatch or smart ring).

3) Each week, the top 3 "Walkers of the Week" will be announced and allocated points (1st place = 5 points, 2nd place = 3 points, 3rd place = 1 point)... BUT you only receive the points if your total weekly steps are over 50,000 😏.

4) In addition to this, there are opportunities to win BONUS POINTS each week! So, even if you’re not number 1 each week, you could still win the overall challenge!

5) At the end of the challenge, the person with the most points wins and will be announced as the Summer Steps Champion 2026! πŸ‘‘

  • 3 Personal Training/Coaching sessions with a qualified coach (worth Β£270+):

    Can be used in person or online, on the track or in the gym. Includes personalised coaching tailored to your individual goals, performance feedback throughout each session, and professional guidance to help improve your fitness, training, and overall performance. All 3 sessions are to be used within 1 month.

  • 2 Personal Training/Coaching sessions with a qualified coach (worth Β£180+):

    Can be used in person or online, on the track or in the gym. Includes personalised coaching tailored to your individual goals, performance feedback throughout each session, and expert guidance to support your fitness and performance journey. Both sessions are to be used within 1 month.

  • 1 Personal Training/Coaching session with a qualified coach (worth Β£90+):

    Can be used in person or online, on the track or in the gym. The session is to be used within 1 month.


How much does it cost?

The truth is, people tend to invest where they invest...

For this reason, we've added a small administration fee of Β£19.99... that's less than Β£2.50 a week!
